14 召开七次全会，分别就宪法修改，深化党和国家机构改革，坚持和完善中国特色社会主义制度、推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化，制定“十四五”规划和二〇三五年远景目标，全面总结党的百年奋斗重大成就和历史经验等重大问题作出决定和决议 It has convened seven plenary sessions, at which it adopted decisions and resolutions on major issues such as revising China’s Constitution, deepening reform of Party and state institutions, upholding and improving the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and modernizing China’s system and capacity for governance, formulating the 14th Five-Year Plan for Economic and Social Development and the Long-Range Objectives through the Year 2035, and conducting a thorough review of the Party’s major achievements and historical experience over the past century.
33 面对香港局势动荡变化，我们依照宪法和基本法有效实施对特别行政区的全面管治权 In the face of turbulent developments in Hong Kong, the central government exercised its overall jurisdiction over the special administrative region as prescribed by China’s Constitution and the Basic Law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

563 加强宪法实施和监督，健全保证宪法全面实施的制度体系，更好发挥宪法在治国理政中的重要作用，维护宪法权威。 We will better implement the Constitution and conduct constitutional oversight, and we will improve the systems for ensuring full compliance with the Constitution, so as to give better play to the Constitution’s important role in China’s governance and uphold its authority.
824 坚持依法治港治澳，维护宪法和基本法确定的特别行政区宪制秩序。 We will remain committed to law-based governance in Hong Kong and Macao and maintain constitutional order in these two special administrative regions as stipulated in China’s Constitution and their basic laws.
935 以党章为根本，以民主集中制为核心，完善党内法规制度体系，增强党内法规权威性和执行力 We should take the Party Constitution as our fundamental guide and give full play to the core role of democratic centralism in order to improve the framework of Party regulations, increase their authority, and fully enforce them.
966 各级党组织要履行党章赋予的各项职责，把党的路线方针政策和党中央决策部署贯彻落实好，把各领域广大群众组织凝聚好。 Party organizations at all levels must perform the duties prescribed to them by the Party Constitution, implement the Party’s lines, principles, and policies and the Central Committee’s decisions and plans, and effectively organize and rally people from all walks of life.
